Daily Announcements 12/9

Any member of the Leo Club who would like to attend the Lions Midwinter Conference must see Mr. DeMello by Tuesday's meeting. We need to finalize the roster so we can let the clubs sponsoring us know how large of a bus we will require.
Attention seniors: Yearbook contracts must be submitted by December 20. Please bring your contracts and quotes to Ms. Mathias in room 110.
The next Student Advisory Committee meeting will be next Wednesday, December 11th, at 2 pm in the library.
There will be a Falcon Flyer meeting on Wednesday, December 11th at 2:00 pm in Room 313. All current and new members should attend.
On Monday, December 9th, there will be a meeting of the Gay Straight Alliance in Room 302.
Attention Seniors: A representative from Bristol Community College will be at D-R on Thursday, December 12th for an on-site admissions day. If you are interested in attending BCC, please pick up an application in the Guidance office this week. Applications must be signed by a parent, and the application fee will be waived. Appointment times are limited, so please sign up as soon as possible.
Attention Juniors and Seniors: A representative from NSTAR Electricity Power Utility Technology Program will be visiting next week. Interested students may sign up in advance in the Guidance Center. Sign-ups will not be allowed the day of the college visit.
All National Honor Society current members and inductees must report to the cafeteria no later than 5:30 this evening in preparation for the Induction. Please see Mrs. Payne or Mr. DeLano regarding any questions you may have about the induction ceremony.
The student newspaper, the Falcon Flyer, will meet on Wednesday, December 11th, at 2:00 pm in Room 313. Current members must attend, and new members are welcome!
There will be a Peer Leader meeting on Tuesday in the small cafe.
Drimprov tryouts are this Thursday from 4:30-5:30 in the small cafeteria. All are welcome.
There is a mandatory speech team meeting for all members competing in this Saturday's tournament. Please bring your pieces, as everyone will be practicing their event. Any questions ask Emma or Phil. Expect to stay a little later than normal.
