Daily Announcements 5/15

Attention students the annual Remembrance Walk will be held on May 20th. There is still time to apply for the $500 scholarship offered for students who plan on attending a college or institution of higher learning. Please pick up an application form and essay prompt on the bulletin board in the Rehoboth foyer or in the main office. The deadline for the scholarship application is May 16th.

The D-R Leo Club, along with the Lions clubs of Dighton and Rehoboth are trying to do our part in reducing those numbers—and you can too.  There will be a coin drive at D-R to aid the hungry.   Look for the donation bins at lunch.  Thank you.

The final Drimprov show is this Thursday at 5 o'clock in the small cafeteria.  The show is free. Donations are welcome.

Seniors who did not pay class dues and owe for your cap and gown please bring in $17.00 to Mrs. Stahowiak or Mrs. Dias in the main office.

ATTENTION ALL STUDENTS!  Ms. Mathias has a limited amount of yearbooks available for purchase.  If you have not ordered a yearbook, please bring your payment of $80 to Ms. Mathias in Room 110.  First come, first served! 

The boys track team clinched a share of the scc league tittle with a 110-26 victory over Wareham. Top performances were led by Henry Dubois, Cam Card, Cody Boehner, Alden Foelsche, Bram Stebbings, Jake Juncker, and Alex Goss, Zachary Doane, Zachary Andrade, Dominic Berthiume, and Alex Fortier clinched the victory with a win in the 4 by 400. The falcons finished their dual meet schedule with a 7-1 record. They travel to Pembroke on Sunday for the class c  state relays.

Attention Students- The powder puff football game is scheduled for tomorrow at 6pm. Please come out to support your classmates.

The girls track team lost to wareham yesterday 72-60. Event winners included Mia Rogers, Sam Rodrigues, Evie Rodrigues, Mae Stebbings, Kara Hermenegildo, and the 4x400 team of Evie Rodrigues, Sam Rodrigues, Megan Moran, and Hannah Saleeba. The girls finish the regular season 6-2 and compete at the State Relays on Sunday.

The baseball team plays its final home game of the season today @ 3:30 v. highly-regarded Bishop Feehan.
Jr Powder Puff boys need to practice today after school in room 114.

There is a student government meeting on Friday in the small cafe. Also, any student running for student government positions next year should plan on attending to get information about upcoming elections.
