Daily Announcements 5/19

The Leo Club's Second Annual Band & Open Mic Night will be taking place on Friday, May 23rd at the Dighton Lion's Pavilion, behind the Dighton Town Hall on Somerset Ave from 5 to 9. Tickets will be sold in the lunches for $5, or they may be purchased at the door. Stop by for grilled foods, listen to many of Dighton - Rehoboth's bands and artists, or even get up on stage yourself!

The boys track team had an impressive showing yesterday at the division 3 state relays. The team took 9th place with 21 points out of nearly 50 schools. Top performances were led by the high jump team of Ty Enos, Jake Juncker and Alex Fortier and the javelin team of Cam Reed, Cam Card, and Noah Chartier took 2nd place. The sprint medley team of Jake Juncker, Ty Enos, Alex Goss and Victor DaCosta set a new time of 3:37 placing 5th overall. Alden Foelsche, Joe Marcille, Kyle Rendon, and Isiah Ferreira took 5th in the distance medley team.The Falcons travel to seekonk this Friday for the SCC championships 

The Annual Remembrance walk will be held on May 20th at 7 pm. Please come join us at the Dighton Entrance to participate. Forms for pledges can be found on the bulletin board in the Rehoboth foyer or the main office. The outdoor movie night feature the film Ferris Bueller's Day Off is tomorrow night at 7:45 in the courtyard. Tickets are $3 and will be sold at all lunches and after school in Ms. Beckett's Room.
