Daily Announcements 1/15

The Falcons wrestling team lost last night to Taunton high school, in a match which was lacking several of the Falcons key starters due to injury and illness. However, wins were garnered by 113 pounder Brody Dacus and getting his first varsity win was falcon heavyweight Jefferson Romano.
Notable JV wins were picked up by Andrew Howland and Katie Travis. The Falcons are next in action on Saturday at Somerset-Berkeley high school.

Congratulations to Zachary Doane on his acceptance to Fitchburg State University, Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, and Salem State University.

Tomorrow we are encouraging all students and staff to wear their New England Patriot's gear to support them versus the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday.  Go PATS!

Congratulations to the DR Math Team on their First Place finish at yesterday's meet. DR defeated Bishop Feehan, Case, Seekonk, Somerset, and Taunton.  Congratulations to high scorers Tyler Jacob, Jordan Williams, Sarah Enos, and Alex Rebello.  Great job.

The girls winter track team suffered it's first loss in over a year last night at the hands of Old Rochester. Your Falcons were led by exceptional performances from Mia Rogers, Kylie Fletcher, Sophia Burrows, and Evie Rodrigues.

The boys winter track squad continued its historic run by defeating the previous unbeaten Old Rochester team to earn their 21st straight victory as part of an unbeaten streak stretching across three years. Unforgettable performances were turned in by Alex Goss, Mat Goss, Kyle Rendon, Joe Marcille, Ben Silvia, Zach Doane, and Mckyle Goulden to win their second consecutive SCC championship.

Congratulations to Eric Pappas on his acceptance to Plymouth State University.

A reminder to Leos, there will be a meeting today after school at 4:30.  See you there!
