Author Stephen Puleo visited with students today in the DRRHS Auditorium. Mr. Puleo is the author of our schoolwide summer reading title, Dark Tide: The Great Boston Molasses Flood of 1919. Mr. Puleo discussed how the book came to fruition and it took over four years of research. Mr. Puelo conducted two assemblies today. He gave our students an in depth narrative of the book and then opened up the discussion for student questions. Mr. Puleo commented on how our students asked great questions and we thank Mr. Puleo on an outstanding visit!
