Morning Announcements

The JV girls soccer team defeated Seekonk 7-0 on Friday afternoon. The Lady Falcons were led by Alicia Bleau's 2 goals and 2 assists. Melina Nuttall also scored twice for the Falcons while Hannah Jordan, Mya Beausoleil and Allyson Rego chipped in a goal apiece while goalie Megan Reed earned her second straight shutout. Good job ladies!

The girls varsity soccer team tied Seekonk on Friday with a score of 0 - 0. The girls take on Old-Rochester today here at the High School. Come out and support your lady falcons.

The boy's soccer team lost to Seekonk on Friday 3-1. Next game is at Old Rochester today.

Good morning! Chess club is starting again. Please stop by tomorrow after school in Room 311. Snacks will be provided.

There will be a meeting after school today, Monday, for all current National Honor Society students. The meeting will take place immediately after school in Mr. DeLano's room 126. We will be electing officers and going over community service requirements.

Attn: Students and faculty.....breakfast is now available to purchase every morning from 6:45 until 7:10

There will be an informational meeting for any student interested in going to Spain and Portugal this coming April vacation. The meeting will be Thursday after school in room 132. Any questions Mrs. DeAguiar or Mr. Augusto.

Attention all Leos! Our first meeting of the year will take place this Thursday at 2 pm in Mr. DeMello's room. Please do you best to attend. We will discuss our upcoming events and our plans for the new year. Thanks, see you there!

The Varsity Football team defeated Somerset on Friday night 24-0. Kicker Ashton Marshall booted a 30 yard field goal and 3 PATs. Drew LeBlanc and Shawn Pereira rushed for TDs and Steve Silvia tossed a TD pass to Dylan Souza. Dallas Noons, Mason Cadorette, and Shawn Pereira recovered fumbles. Shawn Walsh and Noah Morris played well on both sides of the ball. The entire defense played well as a unit. The team will travel to Old Rochester on Friday night.

Attention Juniors and Seniors: Representatives from Westfield State University, University of Maine, University of Southern Maine and Pine Manor College will be visiting next week. Interested students may sign up in advance in the Guidance Center. Sign-ups will not be allowed the day of the college visits.

The girls volleyball team defeated Seekonk on Friday night. Jenai Childs had 8 blocks. The team plays Old Rochester tonight at 6:00.

Do you love making people laugh? DR's improvised comedy club will have tryouts this Thursday, the 22nd, from 4:30-5:30 in the Media Center. See Mr. Morrison with any questions.
