Today's election results are in! The ballots have been counted and it is now time to share how the students and faculty of D-R voted!
First, the ballot questions:
Ballot Question 1, which would allow the Gaming Commission to issue an additional slots license DOES NOT PASS.
Ballot Question 2, which would authorize the approval of up to 12 new charter schools or enrollment expansions in charter schools by the state Board of Elementary and Secondary Education per year DOES NOT PASS.
Ballot Question 3, which would prohibit certain methods of farm animal containment PASSES
Ballot Question 4, which would legalize recreational marijuana for individuals at least 21 years old PASSES
Next, our elected officials.
First, for our representative to the House of Representatives, Joseph P. Kennedy III.
Finally, for President of the United States, Donald J. Trump.

All Boston Trip forms and money are due to Ms. Beckett in room 108 by Thursday! Any student that does not return the forms will not be allowed to go on the trip!
All Dodgeball teams must return their paperwork, liability forms, and money to Ms. Beckett in room 108 or Ms. Harwood in 307 by Thursday. The dodgeball tournament will be held on Wednesday, November 16th at 6:30 - be ready to dodge!

The Girls Varsity Soccer Team advanced to the Division II South Sectional Quarter Final Round in the State Tournament with a 2 - 0 win over Nauset on Saturday. Sarah Guimond scored both goals for the Falcons. The Girls would like to thank all of the students and faculty that came out to support the team on Saturday. The girls continue their State Tournament run tonight in a 6:30 match against Hingham at Hingham High School.
The boy's soccer team beat Somerset/Berkley on Friday 3-1 but lost last night to Bishop Feehan 5-1. Thank you to the staff, faculty, administration and team for a successful season.
All players should pass in their uniforms to Coach Kulpa or Coach Augusto by Thursday, November 10th.
The Varsity Football team lost to Holliston 41-8 on Friday night. Eric Teixeira scored a touchdown on a 15 yard run and Ben Biello added a two point conversion. The team will host Ashland on Friday night.
