Attn: Students: Reminder, picture retakes will be tomorrow, Tuesday, November 15. If you need a picture form please come to the office to pick one up.

 Attention Photography Club members! Our next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, November 15. We will be meeting from 2:00pm - 4:00pm. Please upload your three images to your google folder as soon as possible! Don't forget to bring your camera and be ready to go outside on Tuesday!!

 All student interested in participating in Winter Track should report to an informational meeting on Tuesday, November 15th in the Cafeteria. If for some reason you cannot attend, please see Mr. DeLano for details. See you there!
Pre-season wrestling meeting for anyone who is interested in joining the 2016-17 wrestling team. The meeting will take place on November 15th immediately following school in the cafeteria. If you can not attend please seek out team captains or stop and see Mr Lovejoy after this date for the pre-season info. 

Attention class of 2019 reps, there will be a mandatory meeting on Tuesday, November 15th after school in room 307. All must be in attendance. See Miss Harwood with questions.

Congratulations to Caitlin Downs on her acceptance to Liberty University.

Any students who are interested in playing for the Ice Hockey team this winter, please come to the main office and leave your name, phone number, and preferred email address on the sign up sheet, to be contacted about tryouts, practices, and upcoming games. If you have any questions, contact Kyle Frias or Matt Macdonald.

On November 17 and 18 at 6:30, the Theatre Company will stage a night of one act plays. This year the shows are Radium Girls and Elephant's Graveyard. Tickets are $5.00 for students and $10.00 for adults, they are sold during all lunches.

DR girls’ cross-country had its finest team showing since the year 2000 at the Eastern Massachusetts Division 4 championship meet. Senior captains Emily Parker and Cassidy Vincent led the way for the Falcons, followed closely by freshman Kristen Murphy and Jessica Sylaj.

In the boys cross-country race, the team placed 11th in the tough Division 4 race, running the fastest time on the day among South Coast Conference teams. Qualifying for all-states as an individual was Kyle Rendon, placing in 23rd place in a time of 17:08. Rendon was followed by Dean Bullock, Billy Davis, Chris Estes, and Sean Collins.

Falcons cross-country showed great improvement all season and looks to build on that growth during the winter track season. 

The Varsity Football Team defeated Ashland 17-15 in a hard-fought game. The outstanding defense was lead by Shawn Pereira, Steve Silvia, Mason Cadorette, Tanner Costa and Noah Morris. Shaw Pereira scored a touchdown on an 80 yard run and Shawn Walsh scored on a 4 yard run. Ashton Marshall booted 2 PATs and a field goal and also intercepted a pass. The team will host Seekonk on Thanksgiving morning.
