Among the windy day at Hillside Country Club the DR Golf Team fought to pull off a win but fell short 143-140. Senior Jack Chrystie led with 33 points, followed by Senior Co Captain Sam Taraian with 30 points and Senior Ian Sullivan with 28 points. The team will face the Taunton Tigers at Hillside on Monday.

Auditions for the Pro Musica select choir will be held on Monday 9/25 at 2:00 in the music room. See Mrs. Voccio in the music office by Friday, for information and to sign up for an audition time.
There will be a Peer Leaders meeting for all new and returning members on Monday, September 25 directly after school in room 108. If you cannot attend, please see Ms. Beckett.

The DightonRehoboth Falcon Golf team is off to a great season with three match wins last week (Somerset/Berkley 185 to 92, Wareham 152 to 48 & Apponoquet 157 to 150). The top 4 consistent scorers for these three matches were Seniors - Ian Sullivan, Sam Taraian, Jack Chrystie and Junior - Collin Gagnon. Great job Falcon team!!!!

Auditions for the fall play are September 18 from 2:00-3:30 in the auditorium. See Mrs. LaSalle in room 303 to sign up. This year's show is Romeo and Juliet or The Old "You-Know-I-Really-love-You-But-My-Father-Really-Hates-You" Blues. If you signed up at the activity fair and did not take audition materials come to room 303 to get them.
PSAT practice books have arrived! If you signed up to take the PSAT and did not receive a practice book, please see Ms. Shillan in Guidance to get your copy. If you have not yet signed up to take the PSAT, there are still tests available. The fee is $25 cash only.
Attention Juniors and Seniors: Representatives from Unity College, Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, Johnson & Wales University, Emmanuel College, Newbury College, and Bay State College. Interested students may sign up in advance in the Guidance Center. Sign-ups will not be allowed the day of the college visit.
All students interested in joining the Math Team are asked to come to a brief informational meeting on Thursday, September 21 in Room 512. If you wish to join but cannot make the meeting, please see Mr. Ascoli in Room 512 sometime this week. Students at all levels are welcome.
Attention Seniors: Mrs. Maidment and Mrs. Tremblett will be visiting English classes beginning Thursday, September 21st through Tuesday, September 26th. At that time they will go over the college application process which includes the common application and tasks that need to be done on Naviance. All Seniors will be given a packet of information which will include a copy of their unofficial transcript, and a guided checklist to help them with the process.
The Falcons travel to Somerset next Friday night in their 1st SCC game
The jv football team lost to NB Sat morning 28-7. Chase Carroll scored the Falcons lone touchdown. Noah Paiva played well defensively
The freshmen football team lost to New Bedford this past weekend 36-22 Touchdowns were scored by Wes McQuillan, Wyatt Palardy and Aidan Nolan.

The JV Girls soccer team improved to 4-1 on the season with a 4-0 win over Seekonk on Friday. Great job girls!
